Londoners were given a chill today after a group of sinister White Walkers, along with their leader Night King, took to the capital’s streets ahead of the new season of Game of Thrones. The frightening-looking patrol marched through Oxford Circus and Tower Bridge, before descending upon Buckingham Palace.
The group, who had spent hours in make up ahead of the publicity stunt, were promoting the forthcoming seventh season of the popular HBO fantasy show, the first episode of which will be aired on July 16.
With Jon Snow crowned King in the North, Cersei on the Iron Throne, Daenerys Targaryen and her colossal armada crossing the seven seas to Westeros and the Night King moving south at the helm of a truly terrifying army of the dead, the greatest battles are truly ahead of us in the coming season.
