Emotional Venus Williams burst into tears at a press conference during her first time speaking to the media after she was involved in a fatal accident that killed one. The American professional tennis player was asked about the incident and began to respond before tears started running down her eyes.
‘There are really no words to describe, like, how devastating and — yeah I’m completely speechless. It’s just yeah, I mean, I’m just…’ she said before breaking down in tears. Williams temporarily left the room before returning to answer a few more questions. Speaking about the incident, she added: ‘I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. That’s all I can say about it. That’s what I’ve learned.’
