Melanie Sykes who celebrated her 47th birthday on Monday definitely still got it at 47-years-old as she totally went naked for her latest photoshoot for Women’s Health. In one shot, Melanie was only covered by her arms covering her modesty as she sits on a brick wall.
The presenter and model’s super toned body defied her years as she dared to bare for the series of racy pictures for the latest edition of Women’s Health Magazine. The magazine was fronted by 45-year-old Sofia Vergara who also posed bare for the UK magazine. 
And for the spread, the magazine’s naked issue also pictured naked AJ Odudu and Pregnant blogger Madeleine Shaw. In the special naked edition of Women’s Health shared of her own workout routine “I work out an average of four times a week – a mixture of weight training, high-intensity boot camp classes, tennis, barre classes and reformer pilates,” she explained.
Melanie added: “I didn’t become really interested in exercise until a few years after having my children. I was broadly happy with my body – I’m still a size 10 – but I loved going to the gym as it gave me a bit of time alone. “It also gives me more energy, which is important when you have an active, growing family,” she added.
