South Korean label originally founded in Italy FILA, has launched an exclusive footwear collaboration with luxury company Barneys New York. The women’s silhouettes are limited-edition athleisure pieces, combining the sportiness of FILA with the luxe, chic feel of Barneys New York.The drop includes FILA’s classic Disrupter II Lux and trendy Drifter slides. The Disruptor II Lux comes in an on-trend shade of peach and a classic white. The low-top sneaker is composed of a smooth leather base, a lightweight EVA midsole, and a classic chunky rubber sole. FILA branding can be found throughout the sneaker but the exclusive Barneys New York collaboration is highlighted by the silver embroidered “X” and “O” on the pull tabs of the shoe.The FILA Drifter slides are stitched with FILA branding on the terry strap, accompanied by the Barneys New York logo on the side strap. The Drifter is made of soft premium leather with rolled out edges for comfort. The slide is made with an EVA footbed and is offered in white and navy, and millennial pink.Photo Credit: FILA
