Carine Roitfeld’s Fashion and Beauty Magazine CR Fashion Book, has dropped its 11th edition that stared French-American actress and model Lily-Rose Depp while Dutch model Lara Stone, American model Cara Taylor and South Sudanese-British model and designer Alek Wek all appeared on the alternate covers.
Captured by American photographer Steven Klein, the models on the diverse covers, help recall or conjure a modern day version of the ’99 era. The issue, according to CR Fashion Book, takes readers back to 1999 with a modern approach.
It comes as no surprise that Lily-Rose would be a natural fit considering she’s now the famous offspring of 90s “it” couple Johnny Depp and Paradis. Inside the issue, Lily-Rose gives an exclusive interview with none other than Natalie Portman during which she admitted that she got to “show a little more skin and be a little more sexy.”
