Police have confirmed that pop star Justin Bieber won’t face criminal charges for accidentally hitting a photographer with his pickup truck last month.
The 23-year-old was leaving a service at the Hillsong Church in Los Angeles when his large vehicle knocked down 57-year-old Maurice Lamont, who fell to the ground and ended up in hospital with leg injuries. Media sources now indicate that authorities are ‘not recommending any criminal charges against him’ as the act lacked intent.
