American popular actor Will Smith has stated that the former President of the United States of America Barack Obama has given him his approval to portray as Obama in a yet to be produced movie. This was said by the actor after he was featured in a Carpool Karaoke of James Corden‘s “The Series”.
The star further said that he has not only been asked about starring as America’s first Black president in a movie, but has also gotten his blessings. “I talked to Barack about it. He told me that he felt confident that I had the ears for the role,” Will Smith comically quipped.
