Kim paired her look with a velvet spandex, which featured a shimmering material and a cropped cut that revealed the psoriasis which she claimed she had during a previous episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.Leaving the black blazer unbuttoned, the brunette beauty went for a PVC wedges.
