Chelsea Midfielder Pedro Suffers Multiple Fracture After Clashing With Arsenal’s Goalkeeper

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has confirmed that attacker Pedro suffered multiple facial fractures in a collision with Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina in a friendly on Saturday but should return to training in 10 days. The winger, 29, was taken to hospital following the game in Beijing, which Chelsea won 3-0, and stayed overnight.He also suffered concussion and is expected to wear protective mask when he resumes training. Pedro would definitely be missing the clash with German giants Bayern Munich on Tuesday and clash against Inter Milan on Saturday but new record signing Alvaro Morata has been tipped to make an appearance in both matches.Photo Credit: Getty
